Overordnet Behandlingsforløb i ABC Klinik inhouse eller i netværks regi.
Indledende Samtaler og Udredning:
Ved de første samtaler hos enten ABC Kliniks egne inhouse-speciallæger eller -psykologer, eller hos en netværksspeciallæge eller -psykolog, foretages en grundig udredning eller screening.
Formålet er at afdække og afklare eventuelle symptomer, deres baggrund og sammenhæng. Der optages en omfattende anamnese, og der vurderes, om der er behov for supplerende undersøgelser, tests og/eller diagnostiske interviews.
Forløb og udredning tilpasses individuelt efter behandlerens faglige vurdering, uanset om forløbet er inhouse eller via netværk.
Online Opfølgning:
Efter endt udredning og opstartet behandling kan online opfølgning tilbydes via video- eller telefonkonsultation, hvis det vurderes relevant og hensigtsmæssigt i det konkrete forløb.
Dette gælder både ved forløb hos ABC Kliniks egne inhouse-behandlere og ved forløb hos netværksbehandlere.
Epikrise og Sammenfatning:
Ved afslutning af et inhouse-forløb i ABC Klinik kan der, med gyldigt samtykke, sendes en epikrise (sammenfatning) til egen læge.
Ved forløb hos netværksbehandlere håndteres epikrise og opsummering af den enkelte netværksbehandler efter egne procedurer.

Psykologisk Behandling:
Psykologerne hos ABC Klinik (inhouse) tilbyder samtaleforløb med fokus på trivsel, redskaber og hjemmeopgaver. Forløbene planlægges individuelt og justeres løbende ud fra din udvikling.
Vores psykologer er cand.psych. og autoriserede af Psykolognævnet, og arbejder tværfagligt med mulighed for intern viderevisitation til speciallæge i psykiatri eller almen medicin efter behov.
Ved forløb hos netværkspsykologer varetages samtaler, øvelser og evt. intern henvisning af den pågældende netværksbehandler.

Speciallægebehandling:
ABC Kliniks egne inhouse-speciallæger tilbyder udredning, medicinsk vurdering, samtaleterapi og medicinsk behandling. Speciallægerne er cand.med. med flerårig speciallægeuddannelse og ofte tillægsuddannelser i medicin eller psykoterapi.
Ved behandling hos netværksspeciallæger tilrettelægges tilsvarende individuelt forløb efter den enkelte netværksbehandlers faglige vurdering.

Psykiatrisk Behandling:
Speciallæger i psykiatri (både inhouse og i netværk) kan udrede, vurdere og behandle psykiske lidelser og komorbid fysisk sygdom.
Der tilbydes medicinsk behandling og evt. integreret samtaleterapi. Hvis mere specialiseret eller intensiv psykiatrisk behandling er påkrævet, kan henvisning til regional psykiatri eller misbrugsbehandling være nødvendigt.
Parallel terapi med psykolog eller anden behandler kan iværksættes som en del af en tværfaglig behandlingsplan.

Speciallæger i Almen Medicin:
Speciallæger i almen medicin (inhouse eller i netværk) har bred erfaring med både psykiske og fysiske sygdomme, og arbejder tæt sammen med patienter om individuelt tilpassede behandlingsplaner.

Af hensyn til datasikkerhed modtager ABC Klinik ikke ukrypterede mails.

Overall Treatment Process at ABC Klinik inhouse or in the network:
Initial Consultations and Assessment:
During the initial sessions, whether with ABC Klinik’s inhouse psychiatrists/psychologists or with a network psychiatrist/psychologist, a thorough diagnostic assessment or screening is carried out.
The aim is to identify and clarify any symptoms and their underlying causes. A comprehensive medical and psychological history is obtained, and the need for further investigations, tests, and/or structured diagnostic interviews is evaluated.
The structure of the assessment and treatment is individually tailored by the respective practitioner.
Online Follow-Up:
After initial assessment and treatment commencement, online consultations via video or telephone can be offered if clinically relevant and appropriate.
This option is available both for inhouse treatment and for treatment with network practitioners.
Discharge Summary (Epikrise) and Summary Report:
At the end of an inhouse treatment course at ABC Klinik, and with valid consent, a discharge summary may be sent to your general practitioner.
For treatments provided by network practitioners, the discharge summary and documentation are handled according to the individual network practitioner’s procedures.

Psychological Treatment:
ABC Klinik’s inhouse psychologists provide individually tailored talk therapy sessions focused on improving well-being, supported by therapeutic tools and homework exercises.
Our psychologists hold a Master's degree (cand.psych.) and are licensed by the Danish Psychological Supervisory Board.
If needed, internal referral to a psychiatrist or general medical specialist can be arranged.
For network psychologist treatments, sessions and referrals are managed directly by the respective network psychologist.

Specialist Medical Treatment:
ABC Klinik’s inhouse medical specialists provide diagnostic assessment, medical evaluation, psychotherapy, and medication management.
The specialists are medical doctors (cand.med.) with years of postgraduate specialist training and often additional education in psychotherapy or related fields.
Network specialists structure their treatment individually according to clinical judgment.

Psychiatric Treatment:
Psychiatrists (both inhouse and network) diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders and comorbid physical conditions.
They provide combined medical and psychotherapy-based treatment.
If specialized psychiatric services are needed, referral to regional psychiatric services or addiction treatment programs may be arranged.
Parallel psychological therapy can be coordinated as part of an interdisciplinary treatment approach.

Specialists in General Medicine:
General medicine specialists (inhouse and network) have broad expertise in both mental and physical health, tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs.

Communication and Data Security:
To protect sensitive information, ABC Klinik does not accept unencrypted emails.
All communication should be by telephone, and appointment changes or cancellations must be submitted through the encrypted self-service platform at www.lægevejen.dk/Login.
If you are enrolled in a treatment program at ABC Klinik, it is recommended that you register with MitID at www.lægevejen.dk.

Afbudsfrist og Gebyr for Udeblivelse
Hvis du bliver forhindret:
Hvis du under dit forløb i ABC Klinik bliver forhindret i at møde op til en aftale, skal du melde afbud hurtigst muligt og senest 24 timer før aftaletidspunktet.
• Ved aftaler hos inhouse-behandlere i ABC Klinik:
Afbud skal meddeles telefonisk på hovednummer 71 96 74 60 eller via online afbud på www.lægevejen.dk/Login.
• Ved aftaler hos netværksbehandlere:
Afbud skal meddeles direkte til netværksbehandleren efter de anvisninger, du har modtaget fra denne.
Gebyr for udeblivelse eller for sent afbud:
Hvis du ikke melder afbud senest 24 timer før den aftalte tid, opkræves følgende gebyr – uanset om aftalen er fysisk eller online:
• 900 kr. for samtale/konsultation hos psykolog
• 2.300 kr. for konsultation hos speciallæge eller anden læge
Dette gælder både hos inhouse-behandlere og netværksbehandlere.

Ved aftaler hos inhouse-behandlere kan du melde afbud døgnet rundt via www.lægevejen.dk/Login, også i weekender og på helligdage.
Ved aftaler hos netværksbehandlere afhænger mulighed for online afbud af netværksbehandlerens egne systemer og instrukser.

Særlige afbudsregler ved sygdom:
Hvis du bliver syg, fx ved smitsom sygdom (som COVID-19) eller anden akut sygdom, kan din fysiske konsultation hos en inhouse-behandler efter vurdering omdannes til en online video- eller telefonkonsultation.
Det samme kan gælde ved aftaler hos netværksbehandlere, afhængig af den enkelte netværksbehandlers procedurer.
Vigtigt: Selv ved sygdom opkræves gebyr ved for sent afbud (senere end 24 timer før aftalen).

Mulighed for online samtale:
• Hos inhouse-behandlere: Konsultationer kan gennemføres som sikre online video- eller telefonkonsultationer.
• Hos netværksbehandlere: Mulighed for online samtale afhænger af netværksbehandlerens tilbud og platform.
Ved udeblivelse fra en aftalt online konsultation (video eller telefon) gælder samme gebyrsatser som ved fysisk fremmøde.

Cancellation Deadline and No-Show Fee
If you are unable to attend:
If you are unable to attend an appointment during your course of treatment at ABC Klinik, you must cancel as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• For appointments with inhouse practitioners at ABC Klinik:
Cancellations must be made by phone to +45 71 96 74 60 or online at www.lægevejen.dk/Login.
• For appointments with network practitioners:
Cancellations must be made directly with the network practitioner, following the instructions you have received.
No-show or late cancellation fee:
If cancellation is not received at least 24 hours in advance, the following fees apply – regardless of whether the session is in-person or online:
• 900 DKK for psychologist consultations
• 2,300 DKK for consultations with a psychiatrist or other medical doctor
This applies to both inhouse and network practitioners.

Important: Even in case of illness, a late cancellation fee will apply if cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment.

Option for online consultation:
• With inhouse practitioners: Consultations can be conducted via secure, GDPR-compliant video platforms or by phone.
• With network practitioners: The availability of online consultations depends on the individual practitioner's services and platforms.
The same cancellation and fee rules apply to missed online consultations.

For appointments with inhouse practitioners, we recommend handling cancellations and changes outside office hours via the secure self-service platform www.lægevejen.dk/Login using MitID.

Behandlingsrammer, Akut Sygdom eller Forværring
ABC Kliniks behandlingsrammer:
ABC Klinik tilbyder ambulant, planlagt behandling – både hos klinikkens egne inhouse-behandlere og hos tilknyttede netværksbehandlere.
Behandlingen sker efter forudgående aftale og inden for klinikkens åbningstid på hverdage.
• Ved forløb hos inhouse-behandlere:
Samtaler og behandling tilbydes som elektive (planlagte) ambulante konsultationer i klinikken på hverdage og i åbningstiden. Klinikken har ikke døgnåbent og holder lukket i weekender og på helligdage.
Der tilbydes ikke fremrykkede tider, indlæggelser, samme-dags konsultationer eller akut tilbagekald.
Opfølgning sker ved de forud aftalte tidspunkter.
• Ved forløb hos netværksbehandlere:
Konsultationer foregår efter netværksbehandlerens egne aftaler og strukturer.
Netværksbehandlere tilbyder som udgangspunkt heller ikke akut behandling, fremrykkede tider eller indlæggelser.
Opfølgning sker på de tidspunkter, der er aftalt direkte med netværksbehandleren.
ABC Klinik tilbyder ikke:
• Akut psykiatrisk behandling
• Retspsykiatrisk behandling
• Alderspsykiatrisk (gerontopsykiatrisk) behandling
• Krisepsykologisk behandling
• Døgnvagtordninger, akut lægehjælp eller subakut behandling

ABC Klinik’s Treatment Framework:
ABC Klinik offers outpatient, scheduled treatment - both through the clinic’s own inhouse practitioners and through affiliated network practitioners.
All treatment is by prior appointment only and during clinic opening hours on weekdays.
• For treatment with inhouse practitioners:
Consultations and treatment are provided as elective (pre-scheduled) appointments at the clinic on weekdays during opening hours.
The clinic does not offer 24-hour service and is closed on weekends and public holidays.
No expedited appointments, hospital admissions, same-day consultations, or urgent callbacks are offered.
Follow-up takes place at the pre-arranged times.
• For treatment with network practitioners:
Consultations are scheduled independently with each network practitioner according to their own terms.
As a general rule, network practitioners do not offer urgent care, expedited appointments, or hospital admissions.
Follow-up is arranged directly with your network practitioner.
ABC Klinik does not offer:
• Acute psychiatric care
• Forensic psychiatric treatment
• Geriatric psychiatric (old age psychiatry) treatment
• Crisis psychological intervention
• On-call emergency doctor services or subacute treatment
• Hospital admissions or emergency hospitalization
• Same-day consultations or callbacks (as provided by some general practices)
In the case of non-acute illness or worsening conditions between consultations or after treatment inhouse or in network:
If you experience deterioration, minor injuries, or illness not requiring emergency care, it is recommended to contact:
• Your general practitioner during office hours
• The 1813 Medical Helpline (for patients in the Capital Region)
• Your nearest regional out-of-hours doctor service
In the event of an acute illness or life-threatening emergency:
If you experience an acute illness or sudden deterioration, you must immediately contact:

Upon receiving an email from ABC Klinik, you can open the link on your smartphone, tablet, or computer and securely sign the documents using MitID.
Only after receiving your signed consent can we proceed with referring you to an appropriate inhouse or network practitioner.

Voluntariness and Withdrawal of Consent:
Providing consent is voluntary, and you may withdraw it at any time.
Upon withdrawal, we will immediately cease processing any personal data based on your consent.

Journalen er et arbejdsredskab skrevet på dansk med anvendelse af fagudtryk fra lægesprog, psykiatrisprog eller psykologfaglige termer. Derfor kan visse dele være svære at forstå uden faglig vejledning.

Access to Records from ABC Klinik’s Inhouse Practitioners
If you wish to request access to your records from treatment or assessment with an inhouse psychologist or inhouse doctor at ABC Klinik, please contact the clinic:
• Online via www.lægevejen.dk
Important:
When submitting your request, please specify:
• Whether you are requesting access to the entire record or only specific parts.
• Whether it concerns the psychologist’s records, doctor’s records, or both.
• Your full name and CPR number (civil registration number).
• That you consent to the record being sent as a PDF to your e-Boks or another secure official digital mailbox.
You will receive a response within seven business days, informing you when your request will be processed.

Access to Records from ABC Klinik’s Network Practitioners
If you wish to request access to a record from a network psychologist or network doctor, you must contact the respective network practitioner directly.
Note:
The network practitioner handles the request according to their own procedures and will inform you about the process and any fees for additional copies.

Costs for Record Access
• The first copy/access is free if you consent to receiving the documents electronically via e-Boks or another secure public digital system.
• Additional copies may incur a fee equivalent to administrative costs.

Medical and psychological records are professional working tools written in Danish, using specialized terminology from medical, psychiatric, and psychological language. As a result, some parts may be difficult to interpret without professional assistance.
If desired:
You may request a brief review with a doctor or psychologist from the clinic via a phone or video consultation to clarify specific medical or psychological terms.

Det indebærer blandt andet:
• At netværksbehandleren har egen ansvarlighed for journalføring, opbevaring og sikring af dine persondata.
• At netværksbehandlerens egne privatlivs- og datasikkerhedspolitikker gælder for behandlingen.
• At spørgsmål vedrørende behandling af dine oplysninger hos netværksbehandleren skal rettes direkte til den pågældende behandler.
Ved opstart hos en netværksbehandler vil du få udleveret eller informeret om den pågældende behandlers privatlivspolitik.
